Nutrition is especially vital to the pregnant or breastfeeding mother, & nutritional advice will form part of your personal training programme. It is essential that you are providing your body and your baby with the best nutrition possible, & we can advise on how you can achieve this. To get (and stay) in the best shape possible you need to: take regular exercise, eat healthily, get adequate rest & reduce your exposure to stress. No simple task!

Your diet is integral to any post-baby weight loss & fitness programme. You cannot make changes to your body through exercise without addressing your diet; & similarly, dieting alone will not re-shape your body, it will simply slow it down by depriving it of calories.

Your trainer may ask you to complete a food diary, as knowing whether or not you are breastfeeding, your level of physical activity, dietary preferences or intolerances, & your normal eating habits will enable us to advise you how to get your body into the best & healthiest shape possible, & to stay there. We will suggest changes, & make recommendations, so that your food choices ensure that you enjoy ‘real’, unprocessed, tasty foods which will boost your energy, aid fat loss & leave you full & satisfied.
